This year the conference staff will be recognizing the delegations who exemplify the best traditions of the Indiana YMCA Youth and Government program and the four core values of the YMCA as Premier Delegation.
Recognition as Premier Delegation means that a delegation has met established criteria in the areas of Leadership, Unity & Spirit, Behavior, Participation, Volunteerism, and Administration.
A committee made up of Staff, and a few selected delegation Advisors will be responsible for identifying the Premier Delegations.
In order to be recognized as a Premier Delegation the following must be accomplished:

- Overall behavior of delegation within code of conduct.
- Participate in all program areas. (Page program, Court, Legislative, Press.)
- All representatives in the Legislative must sumbit a bill for consideration. No bill can be on the same subject.
Premier Delegations will be recognized in the Commemorative Book and with a Certificate for the Delegation.
****Advisors will be notified of infractions cited against their delegation. If you feel you have been wrongly accused of an infraction, appeal to the Premier Delegation Coordinator for reconsideration. Feel free to inform the Premier Delegation Coordinator of positive acts you see other delegations making to enhance our program. A box will be located in the Y&G office.
